Host a Tulip Time workshop and invite visitors to roll up their sleeves and create something wonderful among the blooms.
Whether hands-on, playful or creative, workshops add an extra layer of colour and connection to the festival sparking curiosity, joy and a little springtime magic.
It’s a delightful way to share your skills, inspire others, and help the Tulip Time experience truly blossom.

Workshop Information
This new series is designed to complement the colourful spirit of Tulip Time, celebrating creativity, nature, sustainability and community connection. We warmly welcome Expression of Interest from providers offering experiences aligned with the festival's floral theme, including (but not limited to):

Painting & creative arts

Floral design & flower arranging

Gardening & vegetable growing workshops

Speaker talks or live demonstrations

Children's activities & hands-on learning

Cooking or edible experiences inspired by flowers or seasonal produce

Wellbeing, nature-based for sustainability-focused sessions

Important Information
Dates & times
Friday 11 September to Monday 5 October 2026.
The festival blooms daily from 9.30am - 4.30pm.
Extended hours apply until 5.30pm on Friday 2, Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October.
Pack down
Operators are required to leave the space as fresh as they found it.
This includes clearing the room and removing all rubbish after each session.
Access & parking
Successful operators must be prepared to trolley goods and stock into the gardens.
Vehicles are not permitted onsite without prior approval from the Events Team.
Parking is not provided for workshop operators.
Location
Your workshop space will be located in the Senior Citizens Building within Corbett Gardens.
Workshop days
Workshops will operate on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during the 2nd, 3rd and 4th weekends of the festival.
Ticket pricing will be negotiated as part of the EOI process.
