Event Conditions
Tulip Time is an all-weather event that proceeds rain, hail, or shine. The event will only be cancelled or postponed if conditions are determined by the organiser to pose a risk to patron safety.
Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Exceptions apply only if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
Photography & Videography
Authorised photographers and videographers will be present during the event. By entering the event site, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and to those images or recordings being used by Wingecarribee Shire Council; without further permission or compensation; in communications and promotional materials including newsletters, websites, social media, and videos.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please speak with a member of staff upon entry.
Animals
Animals are not permitted within Corbett Gardens during Tulip Time, with the exception of registered assistance animals (such as guide, hearing, or mobility assistance animals). This restriction does not apply during Dogs Day Out events.
Smoking & Vaping
Tulip Time is a smoke- and vape-free event. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within Corbett Gardens for the duration of the event.
Patron Conduct
Patrons must comply with all signage, notices, and reasonable directions issued by event staff and management.
Commercial & Fundraising Activity
The sale of goods or services, and the conduct of charitable collections, raffles, or fundraisers, is not permitted at Tulip Time without prior written approval from event management.
Garden & Displays
Please stay on designated paths and do not enter flower beds or display areas. Please do not pick, cut, or remove flowers from the displays.
Please Note
Tulip Time is a seasonal floral display. Bloom quality and timing vary throughout the festival and are influenced by weather conditions, seasonal factors, and the natural growth cycle of the tulips. As a result, peak flowering cannot be guaranteed on any specific date.
